It is suitable for the automatic insertion of rare earth magnetic strips in the rotor cavity of the brushless motor of electric bicycle. It adopts Mitsubishi PLC program control and LCD text modification parameters. The machine has the functions of shaping, auto-slicing, inserting magnetic strip, auto indexing and scrapping glue. The inserted magnetic strips can be evenly distributed. Plug, mechanical and photoelectric switch interlock, easy to operate, safe and reliable, high production efficiency.
