SZD-144/162 Tunnel Type Alternator Stator ;Vanishing Machine
本机适用于汽车发电机定子及转子的预烘热绝缘滴漆及自动烘干的专用设备。本机可同时装夹相同数量的转子和定子，采用三菱PLC程控，中文显示界面，隧道式双边烘道，特殊链条及转动装置实现步进和工件自转功能，三菱变频无级调速，蠕动泵控制滴漆流量，调节均匀，装有烟雾抽风装置，预热、滴漆、烘干一体化，操作简单，工作效率高。
This machine is suitable for pre-heating, insulation painting and automatic drying of stator and rotor of automobile generator. This machine can simultaneously clamp the same numbers of rotors and stators. This machine uses Mitsubishi PLC, HMI display, double drying tunnel, special chain and rotating device to realize stepping and workpiece rotation function, Mitsubishi frequency conversion stepless speed regulation, peristaltic pump to control the flow of dripping paint and can be adjusted evenly, equipped with smoke exhaust device. It is integration of preheating, paint trickling and drying , simple operation and high efficiency.
